Concepts of family, community, world and social responsibility are introduced and incorporated into the Religion curriculum.
Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science through active participation and investigation. Curriculum follows National Science Standards by introducing: Health, Senses, Matter, Motion, Plants, Animals, Earth, Weather, and Sky.
Children learn about a life of faith through age appropriate lessons and activities. We help each child form a relationship with God through simple prayers and through the introduction of scripture, sacramental rituals, and other Catholic practices. These activities lead children to joyful participation in a life of faith.
Real world problem-solving opportunities through hands-on, visual, and auditory activities. Concepts include: numbers, operations, graphing, measurement, geometry, and patterns.
Alphabet recognition, phonological awareness, listening comprehension, and beginning reading concepts. Developmentally appropriate handwriting instruction for correct formation of upper and lower case letters.
Preschool payments are for 10 months of the year, or can be paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

Summer Program
Faithful Beginnings Summer Program is licensed for preschool aged children 33 MONTHS — 5 YEARS. Your child must be 33 months and potty trained by June 1st, 2021 to attend.
St. Michael Catholic School’s preschool summer program is waiting anxiously for new decisions or announcements from the Governor’s office to help guide our summer plans. Guidance around social distancing and group size will be critical for our decision-making regarding the structure of our summer offerings. We appreciate your understanding and patience and will communicate any new decisions that we make.
Tentative dates and times the program will run:
June 14 – August 20
Closed July 65- July 9
Open 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
